Stellazeta ships throughout Italy by express courier.
Stellazeta is constantly engaged with the leading national and international express couriers to ensure the lowest shipping cost for each area of Italy and the best service in terms of timing, delivery guarantee and Customer service.
The shipping cost for Italy is €5.90, with free shipping for orders of €22.90 or more.
The cost of shipping to the UK is €49.00.
Under normal conditions the total delivery time to Italy is around 24/48 h on the whole peninsula / 72 h for the islands. For UK, 10-15 days are estimated.
- Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
- Preparation time: orders received Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, are processed the same day if placed by noon or the following business day if placed after noon. Orders received on Saturday and/or Sunday are processed the following Monday.
- Transportation time: delivery time may vary due to force majeure such as weather conditions and strikes.
Ordered products are delivered to the postal address specified by the Customer in the order form. By registering on the site, it will be possible to access the reserved section and manage from here an address book to which to have their orders delivered. The status of the order will always be available in your reserved area.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays.
Delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the Customer at the address specified in the order form.
Upon delivery of the Products by the courier company engaged by Stellazeta, the Customer is required to carefully check:
- That the packaging is not damaged or otherwise altered;
- That the number of pieces in delivery corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
Any damage to packaging and Products or mismatch in the number of pieces/packages or indications must be immediately contested by the Customer, who may contact Stellazeta through Customer Service specifying the order for which such mishaps occurred.
Integrative express couriers
After 30 days from the date on which the Products subject to the order have been returned to Stellazeta due to impossibility in the execution of the delivery, the contract will be considered terminated and the purchase order cancelled in accordance with art. 1456 c.c. Stellazeta will proceed to refund the amount paid by the Customer net of the cost of returning the Products and the cost of storing them at the branch of the courier appointed for delivery.
The termination of the contract and the amount of the refund will be communicated by e-mail. The refund amount will be credited to the means of payment used by the Customer for the purchase. In the event that, before the expiration of thirty days, the Customer requests to receive the purchased Products again, Stellazeta will proceed with the new delivery subject to charging, in addition to the cost of the same, the cost of returning the Products to Stellazeta and the cost of storage.
