Right of withdrawal (D.L. 206/2005)By law, online sales are equated with mail-order sales. The right of withdrawal allows the customer to return the ordered product if he changes his mind about his purchase. According to L.D. 206/2005, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without penalty. This right must be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods by notifying us of your decision by:
The goods must then be returned at the buyer's expense (€ 6.80) to Stellazeta within 15 working days of receipt of the same, in perfect condition. Within 14 working days of receipt of the goods we will credit the Customer with the amount corresponding to the value of the goods resulting from the invoice.
- E-mail addressed to customer service
- An indication of the items with respect to which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised;
- The Order Number with the confirmation of the purchase;
- Identifying information (first name, last name/company name, address, telephone, e-mail);
- Bank details (Bank, Agency number, account holder, c/c number,CIN code, ABI and CAB codes) for returning the purchase amount;

The above amount will not include shipping costs. This is in accordance with D.L. 206/2005 Refunds:The refund process will be initiated as soon as we receive the item. The refund processing method depends on the payment method originally used.
Refund processing time?
After the products arrive at Stellazeta's warehouses, we will begin processing your refund. It takes 5-7 days for the refund to be credited to your account.
Warranty
In case of conformity defects in the Products purchased on Stellazeta, the Customer must immediately contact Customer Service through the specific Contact section of the site.All products sold by Stellazeta are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for conformity defects, in accordance with DL 24/02.To take advantage of warranty service, the Customer must keep the receipt (or invoice-receipt) that he/she will receive in the package, attached to the purchased product. The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided in the manner illustrated in the documentation inside the product packaging.
